Apartments Resurfacing has been a family owned company since it was purchased in 2007. Operating in Arizona for over 20 years and having expanded into Illinois, Apartments Resurfacing has established extensive relationships with homeowners, investors, and apartment management companies. Our goal has always been to continue to grow and improve upon our products and services to our customers while at the same time creating an inclusive family environment for our employees. This is reflected in how many of our employees and customers have been with us for years and years.

AR has built a solid office and sales team behind the scenes to complement the incredible work our technicians are doing in the field. Our Office and Sales Team have an extensive amount of experience in the industry and are the glue that holds everything together. Whether it involves handling bids, customers, tenants, field technicians, or any other task at hand, every day this group helps AR keep up the high level of organization and professionalism that our customers expect.

Megan Ryan

Megan moved to Arizona from Illinois in 2006. She has been managing the daily operations of AR in Arizona since the day the company was purchased in 2007. Megan has through her hard work and desire to have AR succeed grown the company over the past 14 years from 4 employees to over 30 today and continues to lead and promote the growth of AR in both Arizona and Illinois.

Jackie Ryan

Jackie was there when AR was purchased in 2007 and was instrumental in cleaning up and organizing the company operations. Jackie’s background in corporate tax accounting has brought structure and streamlined operations for the company that has helped increase AR’s dominance in the Arizona market. Over the years she has been involved in many areas of AR and helps guide the continued growth of the company in all of its endeavors.

Neil Harris

Neil has been involved in AR in a number of ways throughout the years, from working in the field managing rehab projects to customer sales and quality control to managing the back office and shop. Neil continues to work in multiple areas within AR to help guide the company as well as continue its growth including development of our new Granite and Stone repair division.

Kim Rains

Kim has been with Apartments Resurfacing for 4 years after previously working for multiple apartment management companies throughout the valley and is a huge part of our team. Answering phones, managing customer accounts, scheduling, and juggling a multitude of other responsibilities each day, she is integral to keeping things running smoothly in our office. Kim is always happy to hear from our customers and catch up with them so feel free to give us a call and schedule some work with her today!

Amanda Reeves

Amanda has become a big part of the AR team in the few years that she has been with us. With a background in corporate accounting Amanda enjoys the more intimate family environment that AR provides her now. As the Office Manager Amanda assists across all departments and also heads up our compliance, accounting and collections responsibilities to name a few. Amanda is a calming voice in our office and is always ready to work to resolve any issues that may arise.

Darren Moran

Darren heads up our sales team and has been a central part of the AR family for 8 years now. As an account representative Darren is incredibly attentive to our customers needs and addresses them as soon as possible. With an extremely intimate knowledge of the products we use as well as the processes, repairs, and pricing; Darren is the go to individual when it comes to any technical or customer questions. Most apartment complexes in the valley have seen Darren at their door at one time or another and very likely will again soon.

Joanne King

Joanne is our Shop Manager/Inventory Coordinator and takes on the responsibility of making sure that our technicians all have what they need at all times to complete their work. Whether it is cleaning and repairing equipment or restocking inventory and filling supply orders she keeps things running smoothly.
